When it comes to getting a divorce, there are three main options:
Litigation, Collaborative, or MEDIATION.

MEDIATION - Both spouses jointly hire a single mediator to draft their agreement together. The process typically costs around $2,000 - $5,000 in total and can be completed in just a few weeks!

COLLABORATIVE - Each spouse hires their own attorney and works with a shared mediator. With five parties involved, agreements usually take 6–12 months to finalize and may cost $10,000–$20,000 per spouse.

LITIGATION - Each spouse hires an attorney and files for divorce in court. Attorneys argue against one another until either a settlement is reached or a judge decides the outcome at trial. This process often lasts 1–3 years and can cost $25,000–$50,000 per spouse, or more!
